Overnight roadworks on the A1 at Wallyford will affect traffic in two phases through November.

First, the southbound carriageway closes Thursday 5 and Friday 6 November between Old Craighall and Wallyford junctions. Traffic diverts via the A720 Edinburgh City Bypass, A68 and A6094, adding about 2 miles and six minutes.

Second, the northbound closes Wednesday 25 to Friday 27 November and Monday 30 November, same junctions reversed. Northbound diversions add approximately 2.2 miles and five minutes.
