Popeyes is opening its third Edinburgh restaurant on Wednesday 11 November at 12pm. The New Orleans-inspired fast-food chain will take over the former Pizza Hut location at 46 North Bridge in the city centre, just off the High Street. The opening marks continued expansion of the American chicken restaurant in the capital.
